EastBanc is proposing to build approximately 38,000 square feet of new, high-end, retail and condominiums on a vacant 10,000 square foot lot at 1045 Wisconsin Avenue NW in Georgetown, Washington DC. The lot is being created by subdividing a parking lot from a parcel that houses a Verizon Central Office/phone switch. The Verizon office will remain and will share parking with the new project.

The proposed residential portion of the project is targeting the high-end luxury market and will include 7-8 condominiums on top of approximately 6,000 square feet of prime retail space.
