EastBanc began investing in Portuguese Real Estate early in the decade on behalf of institutional German capital.   With a strong background in Portuguese speaking countries, EastBanc president Anthony Lanier quickly developed a presence in the Portuguese market and is now known as one of its most active urban developers. Over the past ten years, EastBanc has facilitated a transaction volume of over €600MM with the purchase of over 1.5MM sf of commercial property.  Over the course of its experience in Portugal, EastBanc has founded both a property management company as well as a development team which is currently working on a 400,000 sf redevelopment in central Lisbon.
